• Eviction coordination with client’s Attorney or an experienced local attorney.
• Property re-keying.
• Market Analysis & Photos.
• Provide colored photos of interior and exterior of home via email.
• Monthly Monitoring.
• Arrange Cash for Keys.
• Arrange inspections, (septic, pest, home and etc.).
• Marketing and Sales.

• Monthly expense disbursement sheet to lender/owner.

Preservation Services For REO Properties Listed With AMC Realty

• Debris Removal.
• Local contractor estimates of necessary repair work.
• Before and after photos of all repair work.
• Arrange for storage of any abandoned property worth $300 or more.  We also publish this information in a local newspaper as required by law.  If items are unclaimed property will be disposed.
• Lawn Care/Yard Maintenance/Tree Service.
• Winterization.
• Locksmith.
• Pool Cleaning.
• Roof Repairs.
• Security and Board-up.

REO Team Members

Anushka M. Coverdale

Mrs. Coverdale is the President and owner of Coverdale Ventures Inc. dba AMC Realty, holds an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration from De Anza College, Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance from San Jose State University. With a background in the high-tech industry as a Marketing Director; Anushka’s 20 year venture into real estate began as a licensed Realtor in 1987. She earned her California Broker License in 1990, completed the educational requirements to become a Notary Public in 1996 and subsequently opened Coverdale Ventures Inc. dba AMC Realty, a full service Real Estate and Mortgage Company.

Mrs. Coverdale is a member of California Association of Realtors, BAREIS MLS and NORCAL MLS, Metrolist MLS, East Bay MLS, Lake County MLS, Monterey MLS, California Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB) and Women in Business.  Mrs. Coverdale is on the board of directors of Old Downtown Windsor Business Improvement District (BID) and also serves as the BID Treasurer.  Mrs. Coverdale is a member of Santa Rosa and Windsor Chamber of Commerce, Windsor Kiwanis Club and President of Sonoma County's Alumni Network of San Jose State University.   She is able to communicate in English, German, Slovene and Serbo-Croatian. 

John B. Suazo

Mr. Suazo is an Associate Broker with AMC Realty.  He holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Empire College School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish from Dominican University of California.

Among his accolades is being named the Most Outstanding Student of his graduating class at Dominican University, graduated with Cum Laude Honors, the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Service, the R.L. Hartung Chevron Achievement Award and was a recipient of the National Association of the National Association of Latino Elected Appointed Officials Ford Motor Company Fellows Program. 

Prior to becoming an Associate Broker Mr. Suazo worked as a Certified Law Clerk for the Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office and as a Family/Teen Specialist for a non-profit organization in Sonoma County. Mr. Suazo is also a partner in his families landscaping company. Mr. Suazo is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, (NAHREP).
